PRETTY GOOD I was hoping to really like Neck Deep's most recent album. It was one of many pop punk albums from that I considered to be part of the "new wave of pop punk"; albums that were getting lots of positive critical reception, making waves within the scene, and giving some of the older pop punk bands of the 90's and 's a run for their money.

“There’s something about The in general, but particularly this album that I’ve listened to a tonne. Especially with writing, I think there were songs on The Peace and The Panic that were heavily influenced by The ; In Bloom, Motion Sickness. There’s a bunch of leads and things, I was just playing so much of them at the time.

The third album from the rapidly rising Neck Deep, upbeat pop-punk with all the ingredients. If you're into the likes of All Time Low, State Champs or New Found Glory then get amongst this. The track album, produced by Mike Green (Pierce The Veil, Paramore), is a meditation on the constant duality of life and the struggles that come with it.
